Emergency rations are required to be small in size, high in calories per unit volume, convenient for storage, easy to carry, reasonable in food composition, consume less water and not consume more water in the body, and will not cause serious physiological changes in short-term consumption. The calories of emergency rations for crew members are divided into 1700-3000kcal per person.
